Our Room Tariff includes V.A.T and a full English breakfast.
Monday - Sunday
All prices are based on Bed and Breakfast.
Leisure Breaks
are based on a minimum of two nights, for two guests sharing a standard room, £49.00 per person per night for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast
Only valid until August 2008 and subject to availability
Champagne Breaks
Why not treat someone special, Chocolates, Flowers and a bottle of Champagne will be placed in your room on arrival for just £37.50

We allow well behaved dogs at a charge of £10.00 per dog per night.
- Prices are Fully Inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%
- A non refundable deposit of 50% of the first nights accommodation is required to secure the booking
Leisure Facilities
As a hotel resident use of Bainland Leisure Park is available, Including swimming etc...

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours
Check in is after 2pm
Check out time is 11am. Should the guest check out after this time, there will be a charge of a further 1 nights accommodation
